What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed directly by the insurance carrier, and the method of refund delivery varies depending on the original payment method. If you paid your premium directly to the carrier (direct bill), refunds will be issued directly to you. If you financed your premium, refunds will be sent to the finance company. If you paid the Agency directly, the carrier will send the refund to us, and we will then issue a refund to you. Please note that most refunds will be processed within 45 days, but in some cases, refunds may take longer to process. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Minimum Earned Premium Policy
Some insurance policies have a minimum earned premium clause, which means a minimum amount of premium is earned by the insurance company as soon as the policy is written. This amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Other fees may be assessed on cancellations, as per the insurance company's policy. These fees will be deducted from any refund due to you. Please review your policy documents carefully to understand the minimum earned premium and cancellation fee terms. By purchasing a policy, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
Cancellation Policy
Policies may be cancelled by the carrier for non-payment or underwriting reasons. If cancelled, we cannot reinstate the policy, but we can rewrite it for you.
If you wish to cancel your policy, all cancellations must be done in writing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We do not accept cash payments. However, we do accept electronic checks and credit/debit card payments. Additional fees may apply for these payment methods.Please note that these fees are non-negotiable and will be disclosed to you prior to processing your payment.
Can I visit your office?
At this time, we do not permit in-office visits. However, we may revisit this policy in the future and allow in-office visits at a later date. Thank you for your understanding.
